I’m always looking to add a little more height to my outfits, and while the usual go-to is heels, I’ve recently fallen in love with platform sneakers + sandals.  They’re fun to throw on with a pair of your favorite jean shorts for a weekend look or with a flowy dress for a light summer look.

Early Summer Street Style 

Early June can be a hard time to figure out what to wear in the morning.  It’s not quote summertime hot, but still warm and often rainy.  Whenever I hear rain on my window when I first wake up, I know that I’m putting on leggings for the day.  These leggings are from Forever 21 and show a little skin, making them unique!  Pair those with your favorite sneakers that are comfortable enough to shop all day in like my Nike Roshe Flyknits in black and white…they are so versatile and their new collection is AMAZING!  Throw on a basic white tee and a jacket to keep yourself dry and you’re ready for a day full of lattes and online shopping!

 

Little Black Dress

You guys, I must’ve bought seven white dresses in preparation for my engagement shoot (you only get to be a bride once, right?).  And I just couldn’t find the perfect match…so I went with my favorite color to wear, black.

This dress has become a fast favorite.  It’s the perfect dress to throw on for work with some pumps, dress down for a summer dinner date with sandals, or wear to a girls night out with some fun wedges.

Every girl needs that little black dress in their closet and I’m telling you…this is the right one!

Swimwear You’ll want to Live In this Summer
